Yay, finally got it done!
This is for and mine's story called "Wishful Thinking". We were doing a collab together. 
I'm not really satisfied how this turned outβI guess I just really need to work on buildings. :/
And the yellow glowβthat's supposed to be city lights, in case you didn't catch it or I didn't make it clear enough.
