Commercial use are allowed but i like to see it first. Your finished work can be sell, NOT my raw stock. I ask 15$ fee when you edit my image/stock/png with your own stuff. But when you want my BG without any changes in it, it will be 25$.
Don't just change the colors and add birds or so, must be a big change or used with models and objects.
I will ask to deleted if its not.
