Description For ~

One of my incredibly overdue art trades. March is going to be "Finish All Art I Owe" month. XD

I tried out a style. This is Pug's character, Rouge. Rouge is male. xD I based this off here . I hope he likes it. O: And I hope you guys like it, too.

Err. Drew this in OpenCanvas4. Touched up a bit in Photoshop CS. C:
