Gift for beef_wonder3 , for the Dean/Castiel Secret Santa Exchange on LJ."I'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from perdition."
Castiel (Misha Collins) rescues Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) from Hell.
- Prismacolor pencils on Canson paper.
- Photographed and tweaked with Photoshop.
- Original size was 12"x12". I wish I had a flatbed scanner big enough to scan it, because my camera had a hard time with the colour and focus.
ETA: WIP, original pre-Photoshop piece, and image resources here in my scrapbook .

It's beautiful work, it is! You have talent with those pencils, I must say~ One little bit of constructive criticism: Dean's head is a tiny bit too big for his body. At least, that's how it looks to me. Though, for how spot on it looks to the actual people, you did a DAMN good job. The shading and tones are great. Cas's and Dean's faces are great. I especially love Cas's blue eyes.

Yea, I agree about the problem with proportions. I was working with a deadline at the time so I just left it, and I haven't figured out if I can/want to go back to fix it yet...
