i usually use felt to make them.
you could also attach a strap.

Those two shapes between the front and the back? That's the head of the bass, where the strings attach.

i try making a gutar plush a couple of weeks ago...wasn't pretty... maybe i could attemp again this time using your pattern? lol

lol well heres a tip: sew the guitar body first, turn it insideout and stuff it. then sew the guitar neck by hand. since the neck is thin, it would be too hard to turn inside out. i learned that the hard way the first time i made one lol
