Come to think about it... Is this still Romano's first time in the mansion in your version of 2p!HetaOni?Β
Because if he recieved enough memories from Italy... Shouldn't he know quite a lot about what's going on with a certain blue-eyes?
The thing might have altered Italy's memories, but Romano wasn't inside the mansion. His memories wouldn't be altered.
(At least not yet.)

Ok, I didn't think this was a plothole until you literally pointed out that it kinda is a plothole. I'll see if I can bring it up/fix it in later chapters.

Aw.Β *//Dies because of lack of information//*Β Β
*//Comes back as a ghost to talk about the rest//*Β Β
Yeah, because according to Italy each loop began at the end of the meeting (which is why they remember going to the mansion in different groups. Or am I mixing up the original and your comic now...? ,Β so that would mean Romano and/or Spain has to find out the rest of the Allies and the Axis actually went to check out the mansion at some point. Before Romano began to recieve Italy's memories, I mean. However if this wasn't the first loop Romano and Spain showed up in, would the monster really have been able to erase all of the others' nations' (including Sp.& Rom.'s own) memories of Spain and Romano being inside the mansion? I know you said the monster could mess with their memories, but there are countless of loops, and 11 nations who would need to have their memories erased/changed each time they showed up,Β and somewhere there has to be a limit of how much the monster can mess with the nations' memories, right?
(PS. I say 11 nations, since Sp.& Rom. otherwise would remember themselves going to the mansion, and I also I include England in having his memories of them removed/changed.
I also doubt the monster would have decided already from the first time they showed up to delete Spain and Romano from the memories inside the mansion, so it wouldn't be like the monster erased their memories of them after each loop. It would probably at least have been a 20+ loops of memories in there at the same time, and each loop would in turn have 11 nations with a serious amount of memories with Romano and Spain in them.
Except... If Spain and Romano actually found a way out? If they found the loophole first, but died before they could tell the others?
(Assuming there was at least one other loop where the others found out about the contracts.)
If the monster decided those two were a too big risk to keep inside the mansion, the monster would have taken great care to try and keep Romano and Spain away from the mansion.
Perhaps even at the cost of its' own strength, which in turn would explain why its' weaker in the beginning and then gradually becomes stronger, just like the nations.
What if it has to recover its' power, and so the longer the nations survive/stay inside a loop the stronger it would become (again?) ?Β

Feel free to ignore my fever-rantings if you want to, because I'm not even sure what I wrote makes sense at the moment.

I don't think I ever confirmed each loop beginning at the end of the meeting. There's the prologue, which starts there, but that doesn't necessarily mean the loops started there too. I currently believe the loop resets in the forest itself, while they're already on the way to the mansion. The groups still vary though (for uuuh reasooons). Of course, if you find anything that canonically states they begin in the meeting place, I will have to correct that.
Hnnnnngh, I really wanna discuss these theories with you, but I also am control of what's canon and not and I don't want to spoooiiiill anything, so I will just smile and nod while listening.

Well, I might have dropped something in 2p!HetaOni already, by mistake (I have a tendency to forget small details or alter things without realising that it causes contradictions and/or plotholes) Then again, thou hast a point...

Ah man, you serious? Oh well. This one is good as well. Though I never thought Romano died in the previous one. I just thought he got mad at Spain for pushing him and stalked off as best as he could even though it should have registered that he should have died. But again I forget that the mansion makes the nations equivalent to humans. I like how you got Romano to get Spain into the mansion with the use of car keys.
