They'd talked about getting rus back for awhile so I have a feeling they assumed they would and thats why they kept it lmAO. Tbh I'm kind of pissed with them at the moment. B/ their rep is getting worse and worse.

I don't plan on giving them up, I paid $120 plus more for art that she has gotten from me, and what's she's getting. Plus he owes me $60. He sold me a character that wasn't aloud to be sold and then took it back, tried to Co own it with me and I've been trying to get my 60$ but he kinda ignored me now.

Technically he can't do that since its not his design and Nox wouldn't mind the trading. So you better calm it as yours. I don't think he ever sold it to anyone... But a lot of people, myself included offered in Ren ;-;

Awe I'm sorry. I so wanted Nondo from him, they are a dreamy of mine. ;.; I just wish I didn't have to pay another $400 for Chewy. I'll never be able to sell him for as much as I've put into him now.. and it hurts. I was stupid but oh well..

I've been sent a note from the previous owner of Nondo and found out iiers broke the rules that that individual had made with the original creator. So iiers didn't have permissions to sell that character either. Iiers knowingly broke the rules and disregarded the original owners wishes (again. u-u )

it's worked for everyone else. And their blank threats mean nothing. They wont be affording a lawyer if they're struggling that bad for medical bills. Besides, what sounds more believable? Suing someone for a pixel dog or suing someone for them threatening to get a "friend" (likely a grey cap hacker) to retrieve your personal information? What iiers has been doing is much more reportable than what she would be doing.

You know what I mean? I feel like everyone might be overreacting. Yes iiers has done some not so good
things in the past, but a lot of others have too. He isn't alone, and no one in this world is perfect ; . ;
I just feel bad all this is happening to him at once.

The thing is he had full intentions to sell them for prices that were way higher then they were worth and completely ignored, ridiculed, and/or argued with anyone who had created a TOS for any of the characters involved. And not even just that, he was including art of MY CHARACTER that was not related to the character being sold at all. Yes. Literally selling it with art that they did not own, and when I asked them to take it down I got brushed off and utterly ignored. Not only that, but they had already broken my TOS by including my artwork without notifying me. And trust me, without my artwork in that gallery that 300$ price tag is bloody obnoxious. I'm not someone who appreciates being exploited with zero notification. (however, if it's sold without my art included, which is not against my TOS obviously , usually I will, on my own, offer the art to the new owner. As was the case with Rus, yes?)
I didn't just go guns a blazing on iiers either. I asked him kindly in a note to please remove the artwork of my character which had nothing to do with his character as well as my artwork that they hadn't had permissions to use due to the breach of TOS. All they did was give me attitude, and when I explained they were being a bit ridiculous about it, they completely ignored me. So, as I said in my journal that I only put out after the conversation, as a person they have shown ZERO respect to from the very start, I have a VERY hard time feeling any sympathy at all for them.

I don't "hate" him either. But I find no reason to "like" him at all either, nor have I found reason to give them any more of my respect if they have no intentions on returning it. But yeah, that was my point. I have no problem letting you use the art of Rus because my TOS was not broken in the process. Granted if whoever sold it to you had asked me first I'd have said sure. I almost always say yes (which makes it more irritating for me in cases like iiers where I give them a chance to ask there in the note and they still act like a self entitled prick) But either way, no rules were broken, and I have no problem with that. And yeye, you can upload the art wherever you like, just if you ever somehow decide you dont want them anymore i'd like to know before you sell/trade is all.
But ye. The very first time I ever talked to them they were irritably rude towards me and a few friends of mine as well. Incredibly bad first impression. And after them having rather childish hissy fits in journals where they simply curse and make aggressive remarks and then storm off honestly they've made no attempt to fix that either. So. I really haven't been given any reason to think otherwise of him, yknow?
