Ok so the head turn is fine but the hair is a bit stiff (unless that's what it's supposed to do (i assume not haha))
So what i think you could do for next time is give the hair a bit of extra time/frames
Let the hair flow past the face a little (even if it's just the strands) instead of having it stuck to the side of her face
Hair is much lighter so it takes a longer time for it to slow down and stop (mainly just the last few frames need working on) When the face stops the hair should keep going for a second and then float back towards the face
