... words that you cannot hear.Remember this sketch? [link] I outlined it, decided it was a guy, and, well, damn. This is only like the coolest thing I've ever drawn. After the lineart was done I really didn't expect it to come out like this. I was trying to think of something to incorperate into my y!hosting theme, and had a sudden urge to use purples and pinks and kinda stuck with that. The hair is somewhat of a revelation in itself to me, because I've never had it come out so... easy. And the highlights were incredibly easy, I'm just so surprised and happy with this. It'll definitely be my featured for a while.
Once I get a print account I'll make it a print and maybe add a border ot it, or something.

This is really pretty. I really like all of the purple here and the man's hair came out very well. I like how his hair swirls like that and how the shine on his hair is done. The scarf looks great too. I like the level of detail on the fringe. Overall, this is just lovely!

The hair is damn awesome. It's flowing so beautifully that mostly longer hair would accomplish, but you somehow made it work SO well with the shorter hair (which I perfer mostly on dudes then longer ones, heh). And of course, you stuck with your purpleness, which isn't bad, especially when you managed to punch out the mystical sense behind it and make it so damn beautiful, even with the simplified BG.
