Considering that it is white I am not sure. There is an 3/3 angel that costs 1 more and is flying, first strike, and vigilance and I always thought that was weak in comparison to a Sera Angel.
Also, I liked MTG a lot more when rare and uncommon cards were more powerful but had enough of a cost to make them balanced. Just look at old school Leviathan or Force of Nature. They are massive but hard to maintain.

Doesn't need it. This already beats all of the flying creatures it needs to (ie mutas, phoenix).
