Completely optimistic, go-lucky kinda kid and is rarely seen frowning. He takes his work seriously and is a loyal friend.
History:
All of his life, Will loved tinkering with devices. Pulling them apart, putting them back together, or creating something completely new. His parents really didn't approve off what he did, because one- all the stuff they bought got dismantled and two- most of the stuff he made blew up. But they put up with it. You could say the main reason why he was obsessed with technology was because his childhood hero was Xu-Ren. Will looked up to him more than anyone. Eventually he got better at creating stuff and tried to get a job as a Mechanic at Schiarire so he could work with his idol. However, he got rejected. It was then, Will decided, he would become what Xu-Ren first was. A Weapons Maker in Kiseki. Will still hopes to be a Mechanic someday and work besides his hero.

-Prefers to be called Will
-His hero is Xu-Ren (for whatever reason)
-He has a special tool he named T.A.M.I. (Totally Awesome Multifunctional Instrument) that can turn into any other kind of tool by voice command
-Sadly T.A.M.I. still has a few glitches and will either tun into a different tool, turn halfway into it, or do nothing
-Will is more fascinated with past technology and how they work
-Wears two rusted gears he found around his neck
-Also has a blue helmet he only wears with extremely dangerous jobs
-His boots allow him to walk on basically anything. Walls, water Jesus, air, etc.
