Anyways, more to the point. You'll notice that I didn't draw any Johan/Judai in the box provided. Well that's because I got this good idea to write a one shot/drabble/whatever. So, here you go, instead of a drawing, a little tale.

(Pretend the whole emo/yubel thing never happened.)

Judai smiled happily as he walked to class chattering with Kenzan and Sho. The three musketeers walked through the doors and headed toward their seats. On their way, they passed Rei, leaving from her previous class. When hers and Judai's eyes' met, she smiled.

"Happy May Day Judai." she said sweetly before leaving.

Judai was puzzled. "What's May Day?" he asked curiously.

Sho looked stunned. "You've never heard of May day before Aniki?" he asked in shock.

Judai shook his head. "No, what is it?"

"Well, on May first every year, people celebrate by giving May Day baskets to each other. They're usually filled with candy and stuff and they're usually given in secret." Sho explained.

"And sometimes they make you hold a streamer and dance around a May pole." Kenzan added, rolling his eyes.

"Huh..." Judai said, thinking about what it would be like to actually celebrate May Day.

He was still thinking about the new holiday when he headed off to lunch later that day. When he walked in the cafeteria and headed towards his usual spot, he found a small basket awaiting him. The basket was filled with assorted candies, and attached to it was a card that said "Happy May Day."

"Wow, lucky you Judai!" Sho exclaimed seeing the basket.

"Wonder who it's from." Kenzan mused.

"I dunno..." replied a puzzled Judai.

Throughout the day, he asked most his friends if they were the ones who made the basket while periodically munching on sweets. Asuka said she didn't make it, and neither did Rei. And upon asking Jun, he immediately shouted no.

He returned to his dorm with half the candy gone and still just as puzzled. He had asked everyone he could think of that would have given him the basket. Well, all except one.

Judai heard a knock on the door. When he opened it, Johan stood smiling at him.

"Hey Judai, did you like the May Basket I made for you?" he asked.

"So you were the one who made it..." Judai paused. "Yeah, I did. Thanks!" he said happily.

"You're welcome...You know Judai, tradition is that if you find out who gave you the May basket...You're supposed to kiss them." and with that, Johan gave him a peck on the lips and the dashed away before Judai realized what had happened.

Sighing, he stumbled back to his dorm and flopped on his bed, sighing happily as the sun set.

May Day was now officially his new favorite holiday, and he couldn't wait for next year.

I have no idea if that tradition is true. That's what my aunt told me... It is now, so there.
