Finished this earlier, and I got to say, it's better then what I expected, though I failed a LOT XD
This deviation is dedicated to , who told me how to color without outlining
She's awesome, if you don't know her yet, go check her out

I really enjoyed making this ...And it's probably not the last one I draw this way
The character, Safiyah, is an OC of mine and fairy of deserts
I wanted to create some everyday clothes for her anyway, so here she is ...I failed with her skintone though >> Also, I added her enchantix wings, just for the effect's sake I know there are a lot of suns on the sky
Her homeplanet, Canaria, has many of them xDCritique is always much appreciated

This is incredibly beautiful, you drew the sand texture incredibly well, which gets my respect since it's something that I'm not good at. Also the brown hints in the hair are really nice, it makes it look very natural, same goes for the black hints on the skin, making both hair and skin go together incredibly well.

Actually sand texture is easy :3 Just take a piece of sandpaper and put in under your drawing. Then color and viola, you get a nice sand/ground effect
Her hair should have been darker, but I somehow didn't manage it XD Well.. We live and we learn

It was a great one, I agree) I think, they decided to make films only of books, where Pevensies are << There too, but not in their real age, so that's why I guess. But I think, a one from "Magician's Nephew" would be fantsatic also)) Eh, I hope they'll make films of 6th and 7th book also. i think, I'd cry a lot watching the last film..^^
