One of my OC's who is simply wacky in the head.
Im surprised she doesn't have her mask on.
I still don't know what her name is, but, eh.

I did this on my new computer that has a terribly small screen, so I don't know what this looks like in full view.

This was made yesterday, with all those crazy pictures, but I just now transferred this to this current comp (with Internet)

Apparently those things behind her are either horns, or just a hair decoration. .___.;;
