I started looking into this and thought, "since Bruce Timm worked on Tiny Toons, if he drew Minerva Mink, would she look just how she looked on the show?" But it's been interesting working this out. Hey SurrealRamiC368 , how's this for starters?

I browsed through the DCAU and art by Bruce Timm, seeing what I could swipe from Harley, Ivy, Black Canary, Cheetah and more. For this purpose, I could've just used this cover (comicartcommunity.com/gallery/… ), mashed these two characters together, and I'd have a near perfect reference.
