I like your ears and mouth. The hair looks like a character from gen 13 though(a comic). Love the highlights with the colour as well. But other then that great work. Just on a side note, not to bash you but chibi destroys a lot of great things like gundam.

I know of the Chibi Gundams, but I'm no fan of that. It's simple and somehow crazy, but it lacks style, especially the style of the original anime. 
I hope you understand that I don't do Chibis on a regular basis but there are times I call "Chibi Frenzy" where I simply want to draw chibis and many of them.
I usually also like the human like appearences, but chibis are easier to draw and act extremely well when just scribling, sketching, planing for comics, of accompanying other more realistic characters, because of that simplicity and emotional ease.
