Description Final for the antagonist in the Hisakousen project.

He is based off of the more negative legend of the Ha Inu.

And hes got some power issues XD He has no respect for the living creatures in the forest, only the yokai and spirits. He believes that the spirits and yokai are superior to the living, and that the mortals are a burden to the yokai in Hisakousen.

He uses rouge Inu-gami to do his bidding.
He is, in fact, a DOG, not a wolf.

I normally dont like bright animals, but the legend of the Ha-Inu said they were blue XD haha so I had to do it. Tried making him look like he kinda shines shades of purple and pink too
