It took forever to get the hang of the physics and he is still far from perfect, but I promised him sooner rather than later, so here he is! UN!Model credits:

Oh, you must be trying to open it through the file menu of MMD, it won't open that way. By default, there is a box with a drop down menu that says Camera/Accessory/Lights (or something I'm just so used of MMD now) with a Load button and Delete button under it. You need to open the PMX file through that button for loading any model (Mine is PMX, some can be PMD). PMM (Polygon Movie Maker) is the save file format of your projects when you want to load what you already made in MMD. Best of luck. Feel free to note me if I confused you or look up tutorials here as there are many helpful ones on DeviantArt!
And don't worry too much about not getting it right now, I started exactly where you are about a half year ago! ^_^

If you didn't figure it out yet, there is a button to the right that says Download ZIP. After that it has to be extracted to whatever folder you want as long as you can find it and open it in MMD

I got Deidara mostly from ASideOfChidori's XNALara pack..I messed up in the sense that I forgot to import the eyeballs as well...but for my first model I'm pretty happy with the result c:

There we go, he's in the group now! On your next model release, please send it to the group yourself ok? Above the "Details" section of your deviation there is a "+Add to a group" function! Select Naruto-3d-Modelers and add it to the appropriate gallery which is, in your case, MMD model releases!

It was hit and miss a lot of the time, and some of his bones are a little...well weird with some motions, but a lot of my resourcing for rigging comes from reading many forums on the learnmmd site and youtube
His hands are the worst part...I think I only have the left hand mouth rigged for facials for now, I'll update him soon

Ahh, I see. Yeah, I see what you mean, though it's true we all get better, just takes alot of practice, which I seriously need to do.....especially with facials....
Yeah, I know how you feel. One minute, the hands look good, then when you make a fist or something, it looks crooked....but I guess as long as we're able to rig them, that's all that matters. I'll be looking forward to the update.
