Oooo intense expression!
The skins coloring stands out as unique (from what I've seen at least), and in a good way, especially the highlights on her shoulder. The jewelry and arm piece looks good too.
The only thing I see that I'm a bit unsure of on is the black lining along her lips, makes them appear a little hard. A dash of black along it would work well, to show the shapes of the lips, while making them look softer. Something like how the bottom portion of the inner ear was drawn.
