Done with 's Stuff I Like Meme [link]The point of this meme is to say things that you like that may set you apart from other people. Here are a few of mine.
Indie Games
There are a lot of indie games out that I find more enjoyable than some games on store shelves. Included in the picture are characters representing Super Meat Boy, Eversion, Chzo Mythos and I Wanna Be the Guy (although that one's incredibly frustrating as well).
Black & Bruised
You guys hear this a lot from me, but I still think Black & Bruised is awesome and far more deserving than the average score everyone gave it. Keep your Fight Nights and realistic boxing games. Give me this game and I'll mop the floor in Championship mode with Ally Gator.
"Weird Al" Yankovic
Again, you guys probably know this by now. I enjoy Weird Al's stuff and have even tried writing a few of my own parodies from time to time. I'm still waiting for his latest CD to release, though. CNR looks to be one of my favourite Weird Al songs in a while.
Unpopular Movies
I tend to like the movies that are panned by critics or neglected by the fans. I personally thought the original Street Fighter movie was good (especially compared to the new one) and Lady in the Water remains as my favourite M. Night movie.
SNES
I love my platformers, and the SNES delivered. It was the first system I owned and I grew up with games like Aero the Acrobat, Bubsy and Rocky Rodent. I'd love for some of those guys to make some kind of comeback...
Luigi
My love of neglected characters came from my childhood when my brother and I would play Mario together and I would opt to be player 2 because Luigi had floaty controls and my brother didn't like playing as him. Things just took off from there.
Amazing Race
I've been watching the race for as long as I can remember. I would love to go on it someday, but I would unfortunately have to wait for a Canadian edition...

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Clue and Mystery Men. I'm glad I'm not the only one who still love these films!
I grew up with Mystery Men, so I still love watching it to this day.
It's funny how when I was little, my brother and I thought it was SO FREAKING COOL and badass, and now when we watch it we laugh cause of how cheesy it is. Ah, but I still love with all my heart.

It's more of a cult classic now (much like the Clue movie), but I was a fan of the movie when it was brand new, and the movie didn't fare that well with critics.

O__o Wow... You actually like the Super Mario Bros movie AND the Street Fighter movie with Van Damme? I admit that they had their very own funny moments but still this is quite a surprise.

The Mario Bros. movie is corny, but they throw in a lot of references to the games and I actually like how the brothers are portrayed (except for them not actually being brothers).
As for the Street Fighter movie, I thought it was better than people said it was. Raul Julia gave an awesome Bison performance and Zangief was responsible for a lot of the funny moments in the movie.

Hey. At least the characters in the Van Damme movie LOOKED like the game characters (at least they made the attempt to make Blanka look like himself).
If a game movie is to be done right, it needs to be done by people who know a lot about the source material.

true, they did a pretty decent job for the characters, When you really think about it, it wasnt a bad movie, theres just something not quite right about it haha. I think A lack of cammy suit was one xD
