Description My first painting of 2020!
Technically started in December of 2019... but... I FINISHED IT TODAY!

I was moved and inspired by the wonderful photography and costumes of @grimildemalatesta and asked her if I might paint from her photos.
She gave me permission, and I was overjoyed.

The gold leaf throughout the background doesn'tΒ scan well. It's truly something you must see in person.
