I think he looks a bit like Greece combined with Japan o3o
Well...here he is n stuff.
It's time for the history lesson >D
Name: William Hale
Has a bit of a Southern accent, along with talking like America.
Personality: Very friendly, but a bit shy when around huge scary countries, never leaves home without his belt buckle with a long horn symbol on it, clueless and energetic, doesn't notice when other people are annoyed at him.
History: During the period of 1519-1848, all or parts of Texas were claimed by six countries. Spain, France, Mexico, and America being four.
Texas was controlled by Mexico for a while and lived with him, until Texas won freedom in the Revolution. Afterward, Texas became an independent nation.
Because of his rich cotton lands and ranch lands, Germans and Americans came to Texas. Later, Texas joined America (lmao and turned into a pair of glasses in Hetalia >3>).
Big Brothers: America and Mexico.
America's blue eyes and attitude, along with Mexico and Spain's dark hair.
Likes: Animals, rodeos, being outside in the sun, country music, meat, riding horses and bulls, his belt buckle, God, the Bible, Coke (The drink xD), ice cream, his friends, America, Britain, and France.
Dislikes: Boredom, being ignored, when people fight over him, and being alone with Russia or Belarus.
Grudges against Germany and Mexico, but he still likes them.
I tried giving him a mix of Spain, Britain, and America's hair :3

I got my facts from wiki and what I can remember from Texas history
Please don't steal the picture...it took me two hours of studying how they draw and color them...
The shades are pink and purple? xD I didn't really know that.
