I do a lot of crack.I dunno how else to explain why I drew this.\
I didn't use a reference for Panini, that's probably why she turned out so God awful. I drew Chowder and Panini in MS Paint and than traced over the lines with black on Photoshop.
This is why I normally draw it on paper than scan it.
Oh and this is a parody of the opening of the anime, Rizelmine for anyone who didn't know.

well i be an aipom's uncle now this is one good drawing a a good parody of rizelmine. In fact i suggestion that if you have an account on fanfiction that you should put it on it.
