This is beautiful! As a dancer, I love ballet artwork of any kind, and you have done some truly awesome work (both this drawing and several others).
Pros: Your proportions are very good (which can be hard when drawing subjects in movement). You've captured the expression on Juliette's face very well. She seems hopeful and happy, and, well, in love. The blush of her cheek is just right. The best thing, technique wise, about this piece is the detail and shading in the costumes, especially Romeo's shirt and Juliette's dress. We all know how hard it is to get the drape of fabric just right, and you did it excellently.
Cons: Not many. A more elaborate background might be nice to make it a more finished piece, but sometimes simplicity is nice. Romeo's face seems a bit simplified. The shape of Juliette's right foot (the one on top) seems just a little off. That's being nit-pickity though. One question: Under Romeo's shirt sleeve is a the bottom of Juliette's dress, and, below that, another little bundle of cloth of some sort. It's probably just me, but I can't quite tell what it is. Another part of her dress? Or his sleeve?
All together, very nice.
