This has been lying in my sai folder for a very long time, and now i've finally finished it~I tried to do waffles, not really happy with the results, but I couldn't figure out what's wrong either ;;
Drawing the maple syrup was surprisingly fun though ♥

maybe lighten the outer edge a tiny bit, just on the top side ^^ it could be the lighting

You might be right, after all there's a strong light source in the top right.
