I doubt that, actually. Even though his hat does come off his head in the movie, you don't see what's under there, but you see that he does have a forehead 8o...there is nothing above his eyes...then the rest is blocked out by Ed or the "S.S. Mutant Almost a Chicken Duck" (the best name for a boat xD)

A scam goes terribly wrong (we don't know what it is) and the kids of the cul-de-sac are after the Eds. The Eds decide to find Eddy's brother to hide out with, trying to keep away from the others who are after them.
