Yep, it's a peace sign. The "war" was because Livy supposedly stole Specials necklace and I took Koori in retaliation.

Actually, I think that's a fairly good representation of the typical military spychie. It's laugh or cry, so they almost never stop joking around, except when they need to be serious, or when something deserving of respect is presented. Then they're suddenly the most mature, serious people you'll ever meet with wisdom that comes from seeing what nobody should have to on top of it.
