Urien

Story: Urien has always felt inferior to his brother. Ever since striving to reach the pinnacle of the Illuminati, only to discover there was a bigger cheese in the picture. He began to openly oppose his brother’s rule and began plotting to overthrow him. Whilst searching for a way in the Illuminati Archives, he came across records of an incredible fighting force...the legend of the Nagano Shizenchiyu. A man who possessed virtual invulnerability and immortality. Urien’s research lead him to a secret martial arts society in Japan. He stole sacred scrolls that told where the secret cave of the Unwavering One could be found. It’s unknown how, but someone Urien convinced the being known as Erebus Tabansi to assist him in stealing Gill’s god like power. With Gill out of the picture, Urien was free to assert his rule over the Illuminati, proclaiming himself emperor. As an insurance against possible rebellion, he organised the 4th Street Fighter tournament to eliminate all potential enemies and “chosen ones” of Gill.
