The last time I really sat down to draw horses, they looked alot more like heavily inebriated rhinos than this, and I continued to avoid them ever since up until now. But Im REALLY pleased that I can now draw them again.Critiques please?
(And yes, I bodged up the jawline of the horse, thats why there is another bit of paper stuck on top... *shot*)

i think the way you did the jaw's and snouts were good, but the eye's size is a little bit big for the head. Not a major problem. The ears look a little bit odd, but they are fine too. I really love the way you did the stripes on the Zebra. The hair on the horse looks a little bit like moss, or limp seaweed, but some horses hair's are like that, so no biggie. The way the cheek bulges on the zebra looks nice, i i think the cheek is a little small on the horse. other than that, I'd say these are good horse heads!

I agree that their eyes, particularly on the Zebra, look a little bit buggy,and I also agree with the horses hair being a little limp-looking.
