Hey Paul....
When i first looked at the image I wasnt actually quite sure if the bird was real or not. The timing of shooting it was great and I like the composition totally, but I am afraid the shot aint sharp at all.
Bird photography is very rewarding but soooo hard to do. Most birds are small.. fast... and very very unco-operative lol. But its a biiig wow factor when you get the right shot or you find yourself at the right time at the right place pointing the camera in the right direction to get that wow shot. xxx

Thanks Char, yes your right about the sharpness but the image was uploaded because of the moment caught. I promise that you will appreciate the next image of the same bird because I think its pretty dam sharp..hope you do to.

hi vicki, everyone seems to be quite impressed by this shot. ive been doing a lots of thinking lately as to which direction I want to take my photography, and i seem to enjoy photographing birds for some strange reason.
