I mean his neck is short.
He's got no tail.
He's teeth are like pray or human.
He kinda likes look a damn horse, but neck is too short for either animal. So he also looks line a bull.

I remember him. I also remember he was one of the bosses in the game "Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine." He was named "Dragon Breath" in that game, I think.
