Can you explain Co-Owning a OC? I've never done it before so I have no idea what it does XP

Basically co-owning a oc is like having a oc except for the co-owner is not allowed to trade, giveaway, or sell it. They are allowed to get art, roleplay, ect. You can do almost anything with it as long as the owner allows it.
Owner can not trade, sell, or give it away without the co-owner saying it's okay though. If the owner no longer wants it but the co-owner does it gets passed down to the co-owner X3
