Personality:
Baliir is a friendly guy, which is probably one of the few reasons he is able to eat regularly. As a traveler, he doesn't really have a means of making money, so he makes new friends in every place he visits. He tends to exchange a lot of favors for food and shelter. Though this system usually works for him, he's been arrested for petty theft on multiple occasions.
He's very creative and talented when it comes to working with what he has. Besides his varied assortment of fire spells, he does know ONE spell from the school of Alteration, Transmute. He tends to use it for basic stuff though, as his skill with it is weak, and it shows when he actually has to speak to cast it, for concentration purposes. Mostly used for making keys fit locks, and making old drapes into passing disguises.

Baliir is a VERY skilled fire-mage. He knows a wide variety of fire based spells, and uses them like a master.
Silver tongue. Baliir is an expert people reader, and tends to be really good with words. It's not often he doesn't end up getting what he's after, and he's very persistent about it.

Baliir would hide nothing of his history from anyone who asked, but it's not just common knowledge. He is after a specific high level fire spell, which he doesn't know the name of. He needs it to find his vanished uncle.
