uuuh- his hair was supposed to be a dirty blonde-brown but it kind of turned grey and the red eye thing- was because of the flag's color but this still isn't his final design tho, i'll still be changing it more and stuff

Maybe brown would be better. I don't think red eyes are suitable.
You almost made him albino.
