oh so true. Spider-man 3 was an abomination. No back story for venom. Adding sand man was pointless and even having the harry vs peter arc was stupid. The only thing good about that movie was the end fight scenes. Those were kind off good.

true however Sandman to me standed out quite well in Spider-Man 3...his creation reminded me of Electro (they both had sympathy) but I hated that twist where he is the killer of Uncle Ben

Hopefully in The Sinister Six spin-off in 2016 (directed by Drew Goddard who's doing the MCU Daredevil Netflix series and Cabin in the Woods) we see Alfred Molina as Doc Ock. He was the best the portray one of Spider-Man's best villains

Yeah sandman did stand out. But he wasn't right for the story arc they were going for.  Alfred Molina was a GREAT doc ock!
