Also from ProjectComment, though still fairly new. I really like that effect you did with the clothing, even though you also had clothing folds in outlines.. that shimmery kind of effect really captures me and makes it look so soft. Also I think he looks beautiful. I am not a manga/anime artist myself, therefore I lack the knowledge, but what you did and how you did it. It is very expressive.
The pose and facial expression speak about tranquility very strongly, the title really fits. I also like the intense colours, and contrast compared to the skin.
The skin, while I like the aspect of having that blobbing darker shading, that doesn't fit in all places to a hundred percent... that it is playful, not stale... I think you could work on that a bit. Study skin either on real humans or on how others colour it maybe. but go and develop your own style on the way
What I think really fits to your style is the thin outlines, they are there, but not distracting but really supporting the drawing.
Hehe, yeah, I also think you shaded the hair fairly well, and I see it similarily shaded as the clothing, which I think fits well. it looks very alive.
Oh and those outline details on the hand are very well placed
over all, i think it is an excellent quickee.

I was browsing through the folder and your drawing jumped out at me. I draw in an anime style as well so I’m hoping that I can give you that type of perspective. Unfortunately I am not familiar with this character so I cannot say anything about the mood or emotions behind this drawing but he certainly gives off a fairly handsome charm (I certainly hope that was what you were going for ). The lineart was very well done with clean lines so great job on that. I thought you did a really great job in the linework on the folds for his shirt. That’s not easy to do and that bit of detail really enhances the drawing as it gives off a 3D feel to the character and makes the character ‘pop’. I think you did a wonderful job on the linework for this drawing.
In terms of improvement, I would have to say the shading. The strong light source on the top right and behind the character should cast a shadow over his face and shirt. Only a sliver of light should have came across. I suppose there could be a secondary light source facing Leon, but the strong light source from behind him should cast a shadow. I was given a very good piece of advice and that is not to be afraid of sharp contrasts. In fact the contrast would make your drawing pop out better. The soft shadow in the collarbone area was definitely not strong enough and there should be a secondary harder shadow underneath the chin as well. The right arm could benefit with better shading so the forearm would look 3D. As of right now, the arm looks a little flat. With that said, because you did such a great job on the folds on the shirt, I thought the shading there was much better. So in terms of improvements, I suggest working on your shading.
Overall you did a wonderful job on this piece and it definitely caught my eye. Great job!
