Description Sonic is watching the sunrise. A new day is something wonderful to watch begin, right? So many new possiblities, so many things you can do, so many ways to take, so many things this new day can bring...

Sketched out with pencil on paper, full coloring and background painted in GIMP. No idea how long it took, it sure was quite a while.
Experimented a lot with the colors for the sky, clouds and mist over the hills. Thought the sun would be really tough to draw, but it worked pretty well on first attempt. Like how Sonic's quills turned out, too.
