For those of you who don't know, there is a show in England called "Batman Live". While most of the costume designs are pretty accurate, Harley's is less than acceptable. [link]

So, I decided to do my own take on Harley Quinn had I designed the costumes for the show. As you can see, I mostly stayed with her original design, but added more of a traditional harlequin jester feel to it, taking a little inspiration from the design from the stock character Harlequin in the Italian Commedia del Arte.
