Hi everyone! It's been a while ^_^I've been pretty bored lately, and I've been getting nostalgic for Invader Zim once again (I really forgot how much I LOVE that show, and how much I missed doing fanart, especially Dib cause I LOVE drawing him, and he's my favorite character ^^). Also, I don't know if it's a new thing (probably not), but I've been seeing these things called 'paper children' everywhere. Basically, if you don't know, they're little paper dolls you make of your favorite characters that you set up to look as if they're interacting with the real world. I thought this idea looked SO cute, and SO fun! Well, put that all together, and you get this, the first in my 'Dib' paper child series.
I think these two make a good team lol XD
I'm sure I'll post some more later. Please enjoy, I hope you like them ^_^
And PS- I know, I haven't been on DA in years, and I'm sorry to anyone who's tried to contact me but never got a response. I'll try really hard to at least answer you in the comments sections from here on. Thanks everyone!

Yay! ^_^ Great to meet you! Sailor Moon and Zim are probably the two biggest artistic influences of my life, and I love both of them dearly. Sailor Moon helped shape my anime/manga drawing style, while Zim really helped influence my more cartoony art. I owe them both for inspiring a life-long love of drawing in me.

You know what this reminds me of? 'Simon Says Doom'. When Dib made use of that silly bee costume of his and started to fly. I thought 'Dib, flying! What could be more epic than that?!' Well, this perhaps: Dib on Derpy! About to ride off into the sunset! Or perhaps even taking off to stop one of Zim's schemes

LOL Thanks! Yeah, Sailor Moon is the first anime/manga I ever got into, so it's got a special place ^^ I'm waiting for July 5 when the new anime is supposed to start!
Hmm... now that you mention that episode, it makes me wanna draw Dib in a bee costume now!

LOL I really couldn't say, although there's a line of his from 'Vindicated' when he's talking about Zim to Mr. Dwicky:
Dib: I know! And no one else thinks it's weird! Or like how Zim doesn't have ears or how he doesn't think ponies know what we're thinking!
I'd forgotten all about it, but then I re-watched the episode and I'm like "No freaking way!" Given that IZ was years before MLP, that line is SO freaking hillarious. I swear Dib can see into the future! XD

Vult108, I just became a dyed in the wool Brony. I don't carry it too far, however, I do view MLP: FIM both on TV and on Deviantart, and YouTube. I don't go all-out and do the cosplay thing, but I want to get just a cap and t-shirt, and that is the extent to how far I share my fandom.

Not just yet. Sorry, I've been away from the fandom for a really long time and am just now sort of rediscovering it. So honestly, I don't have ANYthing planned except for some more of these Dib cut-out photos. But, hey, I'm still all for DibXGretchen! ^^ If I ever do anymore I'll surely post it.
