Description
This is a wooden rolly polly bell doll 10 sentimeter high.
Roly poly is tilting doll. Only one doll without friends inside. It is not open. In Russian we call it "nevalyashka " it means "never fall person".
Wooden roly poly as usual has a pendulum inside so it makes bell sound when you disbalance toy. I love this sound very much. I feel this sound as soul of the doll.
This authors doll is original hand painting on wood by water colour and white gouash.
It has few shine lacquer coats for make it safe for many years .

I love white haired male characters. And Santa ( Father Frost at Russia) is one of my favorite persons for painting.
I wish to paint someone like young white haired elf but have not idea what kind of wooden thing i could decorate with this painting.
The book - is real book . So design of this book not mine. I just paint it as a part of still life around person - for making atmospher of Christmas.
