I am Monsieur Puss Puss.As requested. Probably not what you imagined, but I like to mix things up a little.
The dress is probably coming from me reading The Count of Monte Cristo, set in 19th Century France. And, well, I don't think that's really a cat head. More of a cat mask, like the pig mask from Saw. I love that mask.

Something to do with a conspiracy and Sickert supposedly painting hints about the real killer in his work. I think the woman in La Hollondaise is supposed to represent Mary Kelly, the final victim or something like that

It almost looks like an anthropomorphic character. Well, that's what I thought it was until I read that he/she is wearing a cat mask =3 Even better!
