This is Alexandria and she's a dragon.Her power is to control the weather.She's 75 years old but can be naive and childish most of the time lawl.That isn't her weapon she stole it from her Nephilim friend haha.I accidently outlined it in black before I decided I wanted to do colour outlines.I tried to make her dress with a star design and i don't know if I pulled that off.Her hair was fun to do.Please don't judge too harshly as I never use colour.(like ever)
