Have you checked out this web comic from LilBruno called "Sydney's Pokemon Adventure"? It's pretty good & features a Barefoot main character & despite my undying HATRED for all thing PokeyMon, I love the story. Must the character development that I like. That, and I'm kinda working on a WerePokemon comic myself...
