This OC isn't a sailor moon character, just to clarify!! I just couldn't resist sprinkling some magical girl nostalgia over top! I was so happy to draw a magical girl character, I adored Sailor Moon as a kid and I still love the colors and art style to this day!
I even did something special for the eyes because I was so inspired haha!
