aaa this is really cute and i think that this very pleasing to the eye with the color palette.
Things I like :
- The shading is really nice, and so is the lighting
- I really like the outfit on this character uwu
- The line art is very smooth, and I like the way you chose to color it
- I love her hair !! All the sparkle is very nice ^^
Things I think could be improved :
- In my opinion, I think the waist line is a bit to high, and is a little bit to small for her body
- The highlights on the hair look like just stripes across her hair, I don't know if that was intentional, but they look a little 'orderly' idk if that made sense
Overall, I think this is really cute !!

this might sound a bit harsh so i'm sorry if i offend you ;o; i'm just trying to be 100% honest and help you improve
Lineart - Smooth and clean, colored well, nice texture. Head and ears are too big in proportion to the body. Torso is a bit too short and skirt is too big. Neck is too thin and small. Hair is very flowy and pretty and quite realistic. Eye is too big to be realistic, but (how to say this??) is okay for that popular 'cartoony-furry-anime-kawaii' style
Shading - Not very realistic, but looks very nice and sparkly (though not so 3D)
Aesthetic - Calming and pleasant to look at, everything fits together well. A bit confusing, because though the aesthetic is calm, the character seems a bit scared, sad or confused
Originality/pose - Not very original; she's just standing straight with a simple background

It's like so perfect it's like so hard to critique oh no
So, to start off :
โก the shading is a bit off. For example, the leg shading should be more evenly distributed , less of triangles and more like a line
โก the hand is really small, look at your hand compares to your face and it's a very different ratio. However, many people draw small hands in their style and it's perfectly fine e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sโฆ " width="15" height="15" alt="
โก (also this is just my thing but the cat ears are kind of overdoing it, the character is unbalanced)
