To answer your question: the cloak is Luthbel's Wild Hearts Wildlander for M4(combined with Luthbel's Cobalt Hierophant - though I hid the ornate chestpiece). The textures come from the respective Shades of Atlantis Brotherhood additions by Arien. All pieces are available on Daz.
