Description
Here is the completed Marceline Bass Guitar that I did as a commission for ~Meiyosama . I used [link] as a reference (credit goes to ~margo98 for a great guitar!). I do want to take a better picture, so that may change in the next day or 2.

This took about 2 weeks from start to finish. Hours put in, maybe 10 hours or so? I really should keep track better. I think most of the time was spent painting, making sure the details were done right. On my bigger props, I can normally just spray paint away, for this one I used acrylic paint with different brushes. I glossed the whole thing to protect the paint job.

Materials:
Insulation Foam: For body and top
Pine Wood: For the neck and the pieces where the strings go through
Paperclay: Spike on the bottom
Dowel: For the spike
Axel Pegs: For the Tuners
Silver Elastic Thread: For the guitar strings
Acrylic Paint: Used Red, Black, and Silver
Masking Tape: Used to help do the X and lines
Plastic Bottle Cap: For the tuners on the body
Washers: for the circles on the middle
Wood Glue: Used to seal the insulation foam and give it some strength

Tools Used:
Hot Wire Gun - Makes cutting insulation foam easy
Coping Saw - To cut the wood so that the string can can fit through
Dremel - Used to evenly cut the edges of the axe down 1/8 of an inch
