A seriously long overdue super belated trade with my friend, Carrie aka ~Zeica . x____x I'M SORRY!!!!!!
I promised like, two Sundays ago I'd have this all done for her. *cough* Its not that I was being lazy, but good lord school. D: Anyway, she wanted me to draw Kynoir her Blood Elf and I gave him a faithful companion! Most of my inspiration came from Shadow of the Colossus (love that game even if it drives me crazy). One of my favorite scores from the game is called "The Sunlit Earth", which gave this piece its name. Though it didn't start out sunlit, it all started out green. XD
But yes, I hope you like it Carrie! And I'm so sorry for being so slow! ;A; *jumps off building*

Very nicely done. Such a detailed image. I really love the background. The equine is gorgeous, such beautiful anatomy, I especially love the muzzle area and the definition of the skull and all the tendons and such. The shading is also wicked. You did a very nice job on the elf's facial build too, particularly around the cheeks. I like his glowing eyes too. I really like how you drew his hair, it looks so silken.

I'm really honored that you think the horse anatomy turned out so nicely. I love horses but I feel terrible drawing them because I know I'm not doing it right. And probably never will. x.x But thank you so much for your kind words, it makes me want to continue to try even if its not right.
