Photoshop is perfect for guests, while the lineart, I would recommend Paint SAI. Unfortunately, I use version 7 of Photoshop.

the only problem is,i don't have paint tool sai(bcuz we have to buy the softwera thingy)anymore,i couldnt even draw in it anyways(i cant draw in anything that is on my laptop)and also i lost my pen to my tablet(inner me:epic fail!)

must work with the tablet, however, to paint SAI, if you search on google, there should be the version to download, try writing Paint Sai full version
