I took this from a physic magazine lolThought it was so good I tried to draw it for myself...I like how it turned out....
Could probably be improved, not sure how though lol

Looks really good, I think that the only advice I can really give to you is to not press down so hard when you are shading in the figure, and once you do have pencil laid down use a tissue or something like that to blend it all together then it will look really smooth, other then that you did a fantastic job keep up the great work love.
